Life Coaching:

A unique addition to the Life Coaching experience and is supported by a holistic coaching methodology. It focuses on past behaviors, beliefs, and patterning to help you break through barriers that have kept you living the the same way and having the same experiences.
A partnership with both Life and Spiritual Coaching makes it easier to adapt to transitions, break negative patterns, and gently encourage you to meet and exceed your potential for change.
You learn to navigate your life more intuitively, openly, and honestly, explore and identify conditioned behaviors and limiting beliefs in a nurturing and safe space.

The Two Agreements:
Before embarking on a transitional life change, and for true, lasting change to happen, a agreement with yourself should be considered and committed to:
- I have the courage to face my “truths”, (being completely aware of where I have been and what I have always believed).
- I accept these “truths” (without judgement – allowing myself to see how these have impacted my life with an open mind and loving compassion).

Life Coaching vs. Traditional Coaching
In contrast, a Traditional coach addresses and explores challenges as they appear. They help you set actionable steps and goals to focus on the challenges that the client experiences in the present. This does not confront the deep seeded behaviors that are associated with the challenge. This “in the moment” approach often stifles long-term progress.
Life Coach works from a behavior standpoint. This approach helps you to understand how the past has directly influenced the present. In this way the Coach helps to guide in choosing new behaviors that support change. This, in turn assists to develop healthier thoughts and actions. In the end, you will open the door to new opportunities and allow for long-term and sustainable change.
